regulate the conduct of attorneys, and maintain both some type of attorney referral
service and self-help materials for the public. They are usually the best place to go if
you have a problem with an attorney or are looking for an attorney and do not know where
to start. Fortunately, most of these associations now have web pages, as opposed to
